Well, the dreaded month of January is about over… Now we can look forward to lots and lots of new clothing and accessories deliveries to pour through the doors of Babe! This week we got our first Charlie Jade delivery of 2012 – amazing, as always. (pics below)

So, last week we took a long-awaited buying trip to NYC to wrap up Spring 2012 ordering. We want to tell you that we are SO EXCITED for what’s in store. Here are a few trends that you will be seeing. Embrace them!
- “Cold Shoulder” tops and dresses
- Hi/Low hem skirts and dresses
- Sheer fabrics
- Neons!! We are excited about this, because it’s simply fun.
- Pastels (as always)
- Stripes. Stripes are always a strong print for Spring, but this year it’s serious!
- Layering. Our favorite layered look: Wear a “clashing” printed cami or underpinning, to be seen just a peek or under something sheer.
- Shirts TUCKED IN!!! We love this trend… it’s about time to start mixing it up and sporting things with a cleaner, more finished look.
- Belts. With your shirts now being tucked in, you will need to beef up your belt options. Belts go through the jean belt loops now, ladies!

We are so excited for the next few days… preparing to go to New York City on a buying trip for Spring 2012.
